New York Interior Design Elite gathers together for DIFFA Picnic.
> DIFFA: Design Industries Foundation Fighting AIDS Picnic by Design <
It’s that time of the year again when different designers and major names in the industry gather together for a fun summer celebration with food and design highlights – all while fundraising for a worthy cause.
Picnic by Design showcases amazing picnic baskets by 20 different designers (each matching the Broadway theme of this years’ picnic), for DIFFA supporters to bid on.
In a completely charity event, the proceeds from the tickets and basket sales are all donated to the HIV/AIDS organizations across the country that DIFFA so proudly helps every year.
An event that brings together designers, manufacturers and artists – it is not only seen as a fighting for a good cause event but, Picnic by Design can also be a great way to showcase your work and increase ones’ network.
Picnic By Design: On Broadway invites designers and brands to creatively re-imagine a staple in New York City culture – Broadway. Drawing inspiration from Broadway Productions or its home in Times Square, participating designers will put on a theatrical performance via one-of-a-kind picnic baskets. The baskets will set the stage for DIFFA’s annual summer fundraiser, Picnic by Design where they will be showcased and bid upon.
